Having accidentally stumbled into an estate agency office job 33 years ago in the beautiful city of Bath, I was very lucky to find my passion for working in estate agency. Who could blame me in such a beautiful part of the world? Since then I have worked in many areas and different sizes of companies, including the new build sector, selling everything from starter flats to multi-million pound mansions, giving me a vast range of experience to draw upon.

The property we purchased in July 2022 was managed through Jaine Whitfield and all the interactions we had with Jaine and Lauren and the rest of the team were splendid: professional and so very friendly. Information was clearly conveyed and we were kept in the loop with proceedings on their end of the chain which really helped us manage our end of the chain. Advice given was very welcome and the team were very easy to reach and quick to respond both by phone and email which made the process feel so much more personal and bespoke.Arranging the viewing was easy and we were shown all of the important elements and given full information on the property, its age and current state. The pre-viewing material was excellent, the walkthrough video helped me envisage how I might inhabit the property and also prompted my decision to view.Jaine’s hosted viewing was thorough, informative and personable. She set the scene of what life might look like for me in the property. Taking cues from my comments she was able to point out the salient features from my perspective, making the whole process more personalised to me as a buyer and much less conveyor belt than other viewings.
