Although we were not very familiar with the buying process, she provided excellent and timely advice whenever we needed it, connected us to a very efficient solicitor, and made sure that the process was completed before the end of the Stamp Duty holiday. We had an extremely difficult and drawn out purchase and although it wasn't really Jaine's job to help us, she was there with help and guidance every day using her clout to tackle some very difficult conveyancers, something you know a high street chain wouldn't do.
Jaine costs the same as any estate agent but by God you get so much for you money, it really pays to go bespoke.

We were rather rusty at the house buying and selling business, having not moved for 33 years. But after an initial chat with Jaine in Nov’20, we decided to take the plunge. We were so glad we did! The whole selling process ran very smoothly, with very good communication from Jaine throughout. Our first buyer had to pull out in December but new buyers were found a few weeks later which enabled us to start looking seriously for a property to move to in West Wales. Having found our property, we went through a few stressful times on the conveyancing, and again, although it was not her role, Jaine was very helpful and reassuring.
